Nicknaming your Pokémon in Pokémon Violet is super simple! Right after you catch a Pokémon, the game will ask if you want to give it a nickname. Just select 'Yes', and type in your desired name. If you missed that step or want to rename your Pokémon later, don't worry! Head over to any Pokémon Center and talk to the person behind the counter who's in charge of nicknames. They'll help you rename any Pokémon in your party.
