No direct way because of the legal restrictions in Belgium. But, if you've got friends outside, maybe they can open them for you and then trade. Not ideal, but it's something.

You're outta luck, mate. Belgium's laws are strict on loot boxes, so no case openings for you in CS:GO. Better start loving those default skins!
