Just slam 'Shift' + 'F2' on your keyboard. If nothing shows up, make sure you're actually in a replay and not just screaming at your live game to rewind.

Opening replay controls in CS:GO is easy peasy! Press 'Shift' + 'F2' while watching a replay, and bam, the control panel pops up. This lets you play, pause, skip, rewind, and basically be the DJ of your CS:GO replays. Enjoy reliving your epic fails and wins!

Actually, you don't need it. Just play and learn from the game itself. Watching replays is overrated.
