Just set your game to 4:3 in the video settings and choose a low res. The game will stretch it out to fit your screen. Easy-peasy.

Honestly, playing 4:3 stretched is kinda overrated. You lose so much field of view. I've tried it and switched back. Wider aspect ratios give you more peripheral vision, which is way more important, IMO.

To play CS:GO 4:3 stretched on your laptop, you gotta dive into your graphics card settings. For NVIDIA, right-click on your desktop, go to Nvidia Control Panel > Adjust desktop size and position > Select 'Full-screen' under Scaling and choose the 4:3 resolution under the Change resolution tab. For AMD, right-click on desktop > AMD Radeon Settings > Display > GPU Scaling to 'On' and Scaling Mode to 'Full Panel'. Don't forget to adjust the game settings in CS:GO to match the 4:3 resolution you picked!
