Playing Pokemon Scarlet and Violet with friends is super fun! You've gotta make sure everyone's on the same Wi-Fi network or connected online. Then, in the game, access the Poke Portal feature. Here you can choose to battle, trade, or even explore together in the Union Circle. It's like having a Pokemon adventure party!

You can't. The multiplayer isn't as open as you'd hope. Joining each other in the Union Circle feels limited compared to true open-world co-op experiences.

Just use the Y-comm like in previous games, lol. Scarlet and Violet made it really easy to connect with friends. Go to the Poke Portal and select what you wanna do. Bam, you're in!
