Playing CS:GO on a stretched resolution is pretty easy! First, you gotta set your desired resolution in your GPU's control panel. For NVIDIA, head over to the NVIDIA Control Panel, go to 'Adjust desktop size and position', and select 'Full-screen' under the scaling option. Then, set the resolution you want in the game settings or your computer's display settings. This process makes everything wider and some players find enemies easier to hit!

Just set the resolution in-game lower than your monitor's native res and pick 4:3 aspect ratio. Boom, stretched goodness! Makes those heads bigger targets, if you can handle the squish.

Honestly, why bother with stretch res? Native resolution gives you the best visual clarity and you don’t lose peripheral vision. Stick to native, thank me later.
