Easy peasy lemon squeezy! Just jump into your NVIDIA Control Panel, go to 'Adjust desktop size and position', select 'Full-screen' under Scaling, and pick your preferred resolution under the Size tab. Make sure CS:GO is set to the same resolution you picked. Boom, welcome to stretched CS:GO!
