How to Play Stretched CS:GO Without Nvidia

No worries if you don't have Nvidia! You can still get that stretched CS:GO look by adjusting your monitor settings directly. Look for an 'aspect ratio' or 'scaling' option in your monitor's menu, and switch it to 'Full Screen' or similar. This way, the game will stretch to fit your entire monitor without needing any graphics card-specific software. Another route is to dive into your game settings file (usually located in the CS:GO cfg folder) and manually change the aspect ratio settings there. Remember, playing stretched might make enemies appear larger, but it can also make aiming a bit trickier!

Honestly, just play on your native resolution. Stretched looks weird and doesn't really give you any advantage. Native resolution is the way CS:GO was meant to be played!

Just change your desktop resolution to the one you want to use in CS:GO before launching the game. CS:GO will automatically adapt to your desktop's resolution, giving you that stretched look without needing any fancy software.
