Quitting Pokemon Violet is just like exiting any other game on the Nintendo Switch. Simply press the Home button on your controller, this will pause the game and take you to the main home screen of your Switch. From there, you can close the game by pressing X on the game's icon. Don't forget to save your progress before you quit though; you wouldn't want to lose all the effort you put into catching those Pokemons!

Honestly, why would you wanna quit? Pokemon Violet is epic! But if you must, save your game first, then Home button -> X.
