No can do, buddy. The Switch is pretty locked down and Nintendo's not big on letting us mess with their games. So, officially randomizing Pokémon Scarlet and Violet is a no-go.

Honestly, you're better off enjoying Pokémon Scarlet and Violet as they are. The games already offer a ton of variety and surprises, especially with the new open-world format. Plus, messing with game files (if it was possible) could risk your account.
