Super easy! Just head to the Pokémon Centers and look for the NPC called the Move Reminder. They'll re-teach your Pokémon any move that it previously learned. Remember, you'll need a Heart Scale for each move you want to remember. You can find Heart Scales by exploring or as rewards from battles. Happy training!

Had to do this for my shiny Paldean Wooper because I accidentally made it forget its best move. The Move Reminder in the Pokémon Center sorted it out in no time. Just make sure you have some Heart Scales; they're like gold for this!
