You forgot to mention that before you can buy a Motorcycle Club, you need enough in-game cash! So, grind some missions or however you make your money in GTA to get that club. THEN, follow the steps to become the MC President.

Honestly, being an MC President is overrated. Join someone else's club and have all the fun with none of the hassle.

Super simple! To register as an MC President in GTA 5, you gotta own a Motorcycle Club first. After buying one from the Maze Bank Foreclosures website in-game, press the interaction menu button. Scroll down to 'Motorcycle Club', and from there, you can register as an MC President. Ride on, boss!
