Easy peasy! Just head over to any Pokemon Center and look for the NPC called the Move Reminder. This guy can teach your Pokemon any move that they've forgotten in exchange for a Heart Scale. So, make sure you stock up on Heart Scales by exploring or trading!

Just hit up the Move Reminder in a Pokemon Center. No biggie, but don't forget you'll need Heart Scales. Sometimes, it's all about the grind to get those scales, but totally worth it to get your Pokemon's best moves back.

Honestly, remembering old moves is overrated. Just focus on the new ones. They're probably better anyway.
