Oh boy, those black bars can be super annoying but here's a quick fix! Right-click on your desktop and open Nvidia Control Panel. Go to 'Adjust desktop size and position' under 'Display'. Select 'Full-screen' under the 'Scaling' tab. Make sure to also check the 'Override the scaling mode set by games and programs' option. This should get rid of those pesky black bars and let you enjoy CS:GO in all its full-screen glory!
