To kick them bots out of your game, simply open the developer console (you might need to enable it first from the game settings), and type 'mp_limitteams 1' followed by 'mp_autoteambalance 0'. This stops the game from auto-balancing the teams with bots. Then, use 'bot_kick' in the console to remove all bots. If you wanna be selective, 'bot_kick ct' or 'bot_kick t' does the trick for kicking bots from a specific side.
