Been there, done that! I accidentally added a Bidoof to my main team (don’t ask), and it was super simple to fix. Open the menu, go to your Pokémon list, and you can either swap it with another Pokémon or move it directly to your Pokémon boxes. It was a lifesaver, especially since my Bidoof was not ready for prime time.
