How to reset CS GO resolution out of game

Easy peasy! Just open up your Steam library, right-click on CS:GO, and select 'Properties'. From there, go to the 'General' tab, and click on 'Set Launch Options'. Type in '-autoconfig' and hit OK. Next time you launch CS:GO, it'll reset to the default resolution. Remember to remove '-autoconfig' after you've set your desired resolution!

Just edit your config file. Go to the CS:GO folder, usually found under SteamApps/common/Counter-Strike Global Offensive/csgo/cfg. Find the video config file and open it with Notepad. You can manually set your resolution there. Save the file and start the game.

I actually had this problem last week! Had to use the '-autoconfig' launch option in Steam. Worked like a charm and got me back to the default. After, I just tweaked it in-game to get it exactly how I like.
