Easy peasy! To reset your Pokémon's EVs in Scarlet and Violet, just get yourself some berries! Berries like Pomeg, Kelpsy, Qualot, Hondew, Grepa, and Tamato will lower EVs in specific stats. Just feed those berries to your Pokémon until you've reset the EVs to where you want them. You can find these berries by exploring the world, battling wild Pokémon, or trading with other players. So, start berry hunting!
