Resetting EVs in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is easier than you might think! You'll need to get your hands on some 'Berries.' Specifically, Pomeg, Kelpsy, Qualot, Hondew, Grepa, and Tamato Berries. Each of these berries reduces the EVs of a Pokémon in a specific stat by 10 points while also increasing your Pokémon's friendship. Just feed these to your Pokémon until you've reduced the unwanted EVs. You can find these berries by shaking Berry trees around the Paldea region or through Tera Raid battles. Happy resetting!

Can confirm the berry method works! Had to reset my Greninja's EVs cause I messed up and fed it too many carbs (HP EVs). A bunch of Pomeg Berries later and it was back to its ninja-fast self, all ready for a proper EV training session.
