Why reset, though? Just trade over your best mons to a friend and start a new game. That way, you kinda keep your progress.

Honestly, just delete the save data directly from the Switch system settings. Navigate to System Settings > Data Management > Delete Save Data, find Pokémon Scarlet, and delete it. Boom, fresh start!
