nope, can't reset IVs in Pokemon Violet. Just hyper train ’em.

Been grinding in Pokemon Violet and yeah, resetting IVs isn't a thing. But, I dove into Hyper Training and it's basically the next best thing. Got my team's IVs all maxed out, and the difference is night and day! Make sure your Pokémon hit level 100, then get yourself some Bottle Caps. Tera Raid Battles are a good source. It's a bit of a journey, but totally worth it.
