Resetting outbreaks in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is a breeze if you know the trick. All you need to do is change the date on your Nintendo Switch system settings. This will refresh the outbreaks, making new ones appear. Just make sure to close the game before you change the date, then load the game back up and voila, new outbreaks!

Can confirm the date change trick works wonders. I've been doing it to farm shinies during outbreaks. Just remember, it kinda takes away from the intended game experience, but hey, to each their own!
