Actually, you don't need to reset anything. Just keep checking different dens, the raids update regularly. I've found tons of different Tera Types and Pokemon just by cycling through the dens in different areas.

No need for all that closing and reopening, guys. Just hop on your bike and travel between dens. The game refreshes raids as you explore. Found my shiny this way!
