Honestly, why reset? The journey’s half the fun. But if you must, Up + B + X on the title screen does the trick.

Resetting your game in Pokemon Violet is pretty straightforward! All you need to do is launch the game on your Nintendo Switch, then on the title screen, press Up + B + X simultaneously. This will bring up an option to delete your save file and start fresh. Just a heads up, once you delete your file, there's no going back, so make sure you're 100% on board with saying goodbye to your current progress!
