To ride Miraidon in Pokemon Scarlet, you need to progress through the story until Miraidon is given to you as a part of the plot. This happens after you complete a specific set of quests and challenges. Once Miraidon has joined your team, it becomes your rideable Pokemon, allowing you to traverse the map much faster, glide across gaps, and even climb certain surfaces! Just select Miraidon from your party or use the designated button/feature to mount it.
