Just set everything to low and pray. But seriously, lowering your graphic settings is the quickest fix. Also, close any other programs or browser tabs you don't need. CS:GO doesn't ask for much.

I played CS:GO on my old laptop by setting all graphics settings to the lowest possible and reducing the resolution. Surprisingly it ran pretty well, even though it looked like a potato. Good luck!
