To save your CS:GO config, first you gotta create or update your config file. Open Notepad, add your commands there, then save this file in your CS:GO directory, usually it's something like 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg'. Name it 'autoexec.cfg'. Remember to set 'file type' to 'All Files' and save it with '.cfg' at the end. Then, launch CS:GO, open the console with tilde (~), and type 'exec autoexec.cfg'. Voila, your config's saved and will load with those settings every time!

Just exec it, dude. Put your commands in autoexec.cfg, exec autoexec in the console, and you’re golden. EZ.

Tbh, most people overcomplicate it. Just make sure your config file's in the right spot and exec it. Done.
