You can save your CS:GO console settings easily by using the 'host_writeconfig' command. After you've entered your desired settings in the console, simply type 'host_writeconfig' and hit enter. This will save your current settings to your config.cfg file, making sure they're loaded the next time you play. Just remember, if you overwrite your config.cfg with another config or update, you might lose your settings, so backing them up is a smart move!

To save your console settings in CS:GO, you'll want to create an autoexec.cfg file. Open Notepad, add your desired console commands in it, and save it to your CS:GO cfg folder, usually located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg. Make sure to name the file autoexec.cfg and to add 'host_writeconfig' at the end of the file. This ensures your settings are automatically applied every time you start the game.

Just type your settings in the console and pray they stick. Who saves settings, anyway? Living on the edge is the true gamer way.

Honestly, I just use the same settings my friend sent me in an autoexec file years ago. I don't even know what half of them do, but hey, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Just find a config online that suits your playstyle, slap it into an autoexec.cfg, and you're golden. Make gaming friends, they're invaluable for this kinda stuff.
