Super easy! Just launch CS:GO, and on the main menu, look to the left. You'll see a diamond logo next to your profile name if you've got Prime Status. No diamond, no Prime. Also, you can check your account details on Steam under 'Account Details' where it'll mention if your CS:GO account has Prime Status activated.
