You can't. There's no feature to send postcards in Pokémon Violet; it's all about exploring, catching, and battling!

Sadly, you can't send physical postcards within Pokemon Violet, but sharing screenshots of your journey through the game is a great way to show your friends the cool stuff you're up to.
