Easy peasy! Just open up Steam, right-click on CS:GO in your library, and go to 'Properties.' Then hit 'Set Launch Options' and type in '+fps_max 999' (or whatever number you prefer instead of 999). This tells your game to try and reach that FPS limit. High FPS = smooth gaming experience!
