Shooting with the Deagle in CS:GO is all about pacing your shots and aiming for the head. The Deagle is a beast at one-shot kills if you hit the head, even with armor. Wait for the recoil to reset between shots instead of spamming; this improves your accuracy massively. Also, practice strafing to avoid enemy fire while trying to line up your shot.
