In Pokemon Violet, Breloom doesn't learn Spore through leveling up like in some previous games. Instead, you need to use a TM or have it remember the move at a Pokemon Center. Check if there's a TM for Spore and if not, a visit to the Move Reminder might do the trick. Make sure Breloom's in your party and have some of those handy Heart Scales for payment!

Actually, Breloom can’t learn Spore in Pokemon Violet by traditional means. You’re stuck unless there’s an event or update that changes this. Keep an eye on those patches!

Breloom learning Spore? Good luck! Last I checked, Spore wasn't an option for Breloom in Pokemon Violet at all. Might wanna plan a different strategy for your team.
