In Pokemon Scarlet, to trade for Iron Hands, you gotta connect with someone who's game to trade! Use the Y-Comm by hitting Y and then select Link Trade. You can either set a code to trade with a friend or just roll the dice with a random trainer. Just make sure the person you're trading with is ready to part with their Iron Hands!
