First, make sure both your Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Home apps are updated to the latest version. Then, open Pokemon Home on your device, and select the option to connect to a Nintendo Switch game. From there, choose Pokemon Scarlet. It'll guide you through selecting which Pokemon you wanna transfer over to Home. Make sure your WiFi’s strong coz nobody likes an interrupted transfer!

Actually, I've done this a bunch of times. It's pretty straightforward but remember, not all Pokemon can be transferred back to Scarlet once they're in Home. Learned that the hard way with my shiny Charizard...
