Super easy fix here! Just open up your CS:GO settings, head over to the game settings menu, and look for an option that says 'Toggle Aim Down Sight'. You want to set that to 'Hold'. This way, you won't stick in ADS mode after clicking it once. Remember, not all weapons have an ADS option, but for those that do, this will make it behave the way you want.

Just bind it in the console. Open console, type 'bind "MOUSE1" +attack; -attack2', and hit enter. This should set your right mouse to only shoot without toggling ADS. But heads up, not all guns use ADS, and this might change how other functions work, so tweak wisely!
