Easiest way? Just hop into your console (enabled by going to your game settings first) and type in 'cl_bob_lower_amt 5'. This command will set bobbing to its lowest. If you want it completely gone, sorry, can't fully eliminate it, but setting it to 5 makes it barely noticeable.
