How to Use a Brewing Table in Minecraft
Last updated
Ever wondered how to mix up potions in Minecraft? It’s all about mastering the brewing table! Let’s dive into how you can get started with your potions lab.
Using a brewing table in Minecraft might sound complicated, but it’s actually a breeze once you get the hang of it. Ready to become a potion master?
Getting Started with Your Brewing Table
To use a brewing table, you first need to make one. You’ll need a blaze rod and three cobblestones. Combine these in your crafting table, and voila, you’ve got yourself a brewing stand!
Next, place the brewing stand on the ground and right-click it to open its GUI. You’ll see slots for blaze powder (which powers the brewing process), a slot for a water bottle, and three slots for adding ingredients to brew different potions.
Brewing Your First Potion
Start by adding water bottles to the bottom slots. Then, add blaze powder to the upper-left slot to activate the stand. Now, it’s time for the magic ingredient. For a simple potion, try using Nether Wart to create an Awkward Potion, the base for many recipes.
After that, you can experiment with different ingredients to create a variety of potions. For example, add a Magma Cream to your Awkward Potion to brew a Potion of Fire Resistance. The possibilities are almost endless!
