To use a Wormhole Potion in Terraria, you gotta have yourself on the same team as a buddy. Then open your map, click on your friend's head icon, and bam â you're teleporting right to them. Make sure you're in multiplayer mode though, cause that's the only way it works!

Just right-click their icon on the full-screen map. Easy peasy.

Remember, Wormhole Potions are multiplayer only. No friends, no teleport. Sad but true.
