Actually, remember that Ability Capsules don't work on all Pokemon. Some, especially those with Hidden Abilities or only one possible ability, won't be affected by it. So, check your Pokemon's ability options before using!

Using an Ability Capsule in Pokemon Scarlet is super simple but super handy! First, make sure you've got one in your bag. Then, navigate to the bag menu, select the 'Battle Items' tab and find your Ability Capsule. Choose the Pokemon you wanna use it on and bam! Their ability will change. Remember, it only works for changing a Pokemon's current ability to another basic ability it can have; hidden abilities are off-limits!
