Booster Energy is a special item in Pokemon Scarlet that supercharges one of your Pokemon's levels by 5! Just open your bag, scroll down to 'Other Items,' and select Booster Energy. Then, choose the Pokemon you wanna juice up, and boom, they'll instantly be 5 levels stronger. Keep in mind, you can only use it once per Pokemon, so choose wisely!

Honestly, saving your Booster Energy for a legendary or a Pokémon you're really struggling to level up is the way to go. Using it willy-nilly on any ol' Pokemon kinda wastes its potential, in my opinion.
