To use Pokemon Home with Pokemon Violet, first, make sure you have both the Pokemon Home app and Pokemon Violet on your Nintendo Switch. Then, open Pokemon Home, choose the 'Nintendo Switch' option, and select Pokemon Violet. From there, you can start moving Pokemon between the game and Home!
