Hot take: Just catch a Togekiss in a Max Raid Battle. It's way easier than hunting for a Shiny Stone. Plus, you skip the whole evolution animation.

Used a Shiny Stone on my Roselia and voilà, Roserade! It's super easy, just make sure you're not wasting it on a Pokémon that doesn't evolve with it. Would be a real facepalm moment.
