Remember, vitamins aren't like candy—you can't just feed them willy-nilly. There's a cap on how much you can boost a Pokémon's stats with vitamins. So plan accordingly and make those gains count!

I disagree with the 'plan carefully' part. Just max out your Pokémon's EVs with them vitamins and watch them become unstoppable forces. Worked for my squad!
