Just drag and drop your .dem file into your CSGO directory (usually under Steam/steamapps/common/Counter-Strike Global Offensive/csgo), then open the console in-game with '~', type 'playdemo' followed by the name of your demo file. Remember, no spaces in file names, or it gets wonky.
