Incineroar? Haven't seen him. For real, he's not in Pokemon Scarlet or Violet. Maybe he'll make a surprise appearance in a future update or DLC, who knows?

Nope, Incineroar isn't in Pokemon Scarlet or Pokemon Violet. These games introduced a bunch of new Pokemon and kept some classics, but sadly, Incineroar from the Alola region wasn't invited to the Paldea party this time around. Maybe he's just too busy wrestling in Alola to explore the open world of Paldea!

Incineroar's not there and personally, I'm not missing him. Paldea's got plenty of other cool Pokemon to catch!
