Is it easier to rank up in CS:GO now?

Oh, absolutely! Ever since CS2 dropped, it feels like Valve tweaked the matchmaking system a bit. Now, if you're consistently playing well, keeping those scores up, and coordinating with your team, you'll notice a smoother climb up the ranks. It's still a grind, don't get me wrong, but it feels more rewarding and less of a slog.

Nah, still feels the same to me. Ranking up in CS:GO has always been about how much you're willing to put in. Good aim, solid strats, and a dependable team are your best bets. Can't say it's easier, but definitely not harder.

I've noticed a change for sure. Seems like the ranking system is a bit more forgiving now. Had a streak of bad games and was bracing to drop down, but held my rank steady. So yeah, might be a bit easier if you're worried about losing your hard-earned rank.
