Nope, Mudkip, the beloved water-type Pokémon from Gen 3, isn't available in Pokémon Violet or Pokémon Scarlet. They introduced a bunch of new Pokémon and focused on the new Paldea region without adding Mudkip to the mix. But hey, the new Pokémon are pretty cool too!
