Can confirm Togekiss is in! Had to trade for a Togepi and went through the whole evolve-process with a Shiny Stone. Worth it because Togekiss is a powerhouse in battles.

Yep, Togekiss is totally in Pokemon Violet! You'll need to evolve Togepi into Togetic and then use a Shiny Stone to make it evolve into Togekiss. It's the same drill as in previous games, so grab that Shiny Stone!
