Nope, as of now, the 18 universes aren't all back. Only the universes present during the Tournament of Power exist. Let's hope the Dragon Balls come through!
No they鈥檙e not. We don鈥檛 have any info about the 6 erased universes coming back yet. Maybe in future arcs... who knows?
Nope, just the 12. Still waiting for those other 6 to make a grand return and spice things up even more.
